Community food parcels

Updated: Nov 27, 2020

As we exit lockdown we believe we will be able to provide a COVID safe location for dropping off donations to be added to the Christmas food parcels for families. These can be dropped at the Parish office from 09:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday starting on the 3rd December.

We would ask you to help us with something a little special - we have funding for the standard parcels but would like to be able to add some Christmas extras to the contents.

To ensure we get these to the families in plenty of time for Christmas we will accept donations up to and including 14th December.

Local schools are also helping with this and we are asking for items from the following list:

Christmas puddings

Christmas cakes

Boxes of biscuits or shortbread

Chocolate coins, selection boxes or family sweets

Mince pies

Hot chocolate

Tins of custard

Cranberry Sauce and

Christmas Crackers

We need a range of sizes of these items to fit the range of households from 2 - 8

If we receive more items than we need to meet the number of parcels needed we will ensure they are passed to other organisations.
