Heathrow land reference letters

Heathrow are sending out another round of land referencing letters as part of their planning application process for airport expansion. Residents in Richings Park, particularly those close to the fields adjoining the M4, may receive one of these letters enquiring about their property ownership, eg. mortgage details etc. You are under no obligation to provide Heathrow with this information.

RPRA is fighting with Heathrow to treat us fairly and get Richings Park included in their 'Wider Property Offer Zone' which would see residents properly compensated for the impact of airport expansion. Until this happens, we strongly urge you not complete these forms as it gives us a lever on Heathrow to include us in their compensation scheme. This is also the advice given by the Stop Heathrow Expansion campaign - see letter here.
