Plan for M25 service area in Iver Heath

Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) has entered into a commercial arrangement with Welcome Break to build an M25 service area, between the M40 and M4 junctions, on land it owns near Iver Heath, adjacent to National Grid and Scottish and Southern Electricity’s Iver Sub Station.
